Lock Smith Service for
Landlords and Letting Agents
Evictions South East can now offer a Lock Smith package to operate in conjunction with our Fast Track Bailiff Service. They will attend at same time as the bailiff and once the tenants have been removed the Lock Smith will change all the locks to ensure they cannot re-gain entry.
In the unlikely event the tenants have already vacated the property before the bailiff appointment but locked all the doors and windows leaving no key, our highly experienced lock smith can gain entry to the property and then replace the locks where necessary with minimal damage.
This service can be arrange in conjunction with our eviction services.
